Visited the farmers' market earlier today

I may have said this before, but I'm envious of those who have access to a good farmer's market. There is only one conveneinet for me--but the prices are insane, and the selection of fruits/vegetables is limited. It may be fine for the person who can afford $$$$ and who wants specialty products ($$$$ honey, flavored vinegars, etc). But's terrible for people like me, who have a lmited budget and want just basic fruits and vegetables.

You do a lot to maintain your health. I applaud you. I can barely handle a 5k walk with the pain, but I power through it for the sake of my health. "No pain, no gain" as they say. You're right, I will bend with my knees. I have an idea of putting a huge Secret Lab chair box on two chairs, and while my girlfriend picks up the clutter from the floor I'll pack them into the box so I don't have to bend at all. Pretty excited to finish the project today.

I try my best. My Mum is obese. My Dad is not far from. I have been for large parts of my life. You can’t argue with genetics. But you can fight it tooth and nail.
