The organic milk (and, to a lesser extent, the organic cream) tend to be used with coffee, (and sometimes, the cream especially, are used when preparing certain specific dishes).
Unless I am drinking an actual espresso, I rarely take my coffee black (especially as I like in a part of the world with good quality dairy products; when I work abroad, sometimes, it is not possible to obtain decent quality milk, or dairy; then, I simply do without).
So, coffee first - coffee is an irreplaceable, non-negotiable, part of my day), and sipping and savouring some beer (or wine) later, but not every day.
