What's publicips and what's it doing on my wireless!

Hi all,
I've just noticed, on the sidebar on the finder, something (or someone..) called "All..". If I go into it there's one remote site called rfc1918.space.should.not.be.used.on.publicips

Does anyone know what this is, how does one get rid of it and has someone hacked my wireless???
