I'm looking for something that has:

Bluetooth to receive and make calls
    Satellite radio

Not needed but may want: A2DP

i'm gonna wait to see if any auto stereo manufacturers are going to implement airplay into their systems before i purchase one. they have some now that have pandora that streams from your 3g phone connection. check out crutchfield for reviews of the many kinds they offer

I love Fords Sync system with my iPhone 4. You can stereo Bluetooth to it, or in the case of my Edge, there's a USB connector in the center console that you can plug into. Not sure if they've fully implemented A2DP yet, as of 4.0.1 you can't use the cars controls to forward songs, voice control, etc unless your on USB.

For a factory stereo, it's pretty damn awesome!!!

I love my Pioneer Premier DEH-P510UB. The bluetooth module has to be purchased separate but for iPhone/iPod integration I really think this unit (or at least Pioneer) has it nailed.

Typically for bluetooth stuff I just use a jawbone. I've never heard of a car H/U that has a very reliable bluetooth function.
