I have some books and articles in PDF form and I want to read them on my Nook. I need to turn them into PDFs. I see lots of programs online.....but I imagine some are better than others. Also, sometimes the pdfs are articles from the internet with graphics. I dont necessarily need the graphics to read them, but I imagine some programs are wonkier with graphics than others.

Calibre. Great for managing the books and converting them to different formats.

Calibre might work albeit if the pages have a lot of graphics etc., the pages will probably come out broken.

You can try Abbyy Fine Reader Pro. It does a very good job.
