If you have parallels on your Mac you get parallels access too I think, which I use a lot.

I'll be in the same situation as soon as I get my iPP. I tried some of these from the Air but the scree was too small requiring lots of panning and zooming. The iPP should be much better at this as well as being much faster.

Splashtop has an interesting feature that puts a virtual desktop off screen so no one can see what you are doing if they are next to the physical Mac or PC.

I've been using iTeleport, which works great, but isn't yet iPad Pro-optimized.
