iOS What's the current best version of Xcode?

Looking to upgrade, I've heard some of the problems with Xcode 7. What's the best trouble free version?

Looks like 7.3 Beta 5 is the latest
Looks like 7.2.1 is the other option.

So is 7.2.1 the choice for a stable setup?

7.2.1 is subjectively the best probable version

You can check Apple's release notes for the 7.3 beta to see if any of the bugs in 7.2 that were fixed in 7.3 beta will cause you "trouble". Otherwise, the released version is likely much better tested and trouble free.
