I think the only difference is that one is the CD version sold for people with much older Macs. While the other is the standard version on DVD discs.

My advice? Go to a place like MacMall and see what the Mfr Part#. According to MacMall that number should be MB942Z/A. And the only one that matches that from Amazon.com you listed is this one. http://www.amazon.com/Apple-MB942Z-A-iWork-09/dp/B0014X2UAK
