What's the difference between these two iWorks?

Both of them are sold by Amazon, but at two different prices: $44.99 and $59.99. I only noticed the lower price one is a CD-ROM package, and the other one is DVD-ROM.

Can anyone tell me what's the difference?

I think the only difference is that one is the CD version sold for people with much older Macs. While the other is the standard version on DVD discs.

My advice? Go to a place like MacMall and see what the Mfr Part#. According to MacMall that number should be MB942Z/A. And the only one that matches that from Amazon.com you listed is this one. http://www.amazon.com/Apple-MB942Z-A-iWork-09/dp/B0014X2UAK

The more expensive one is sold by Amazon, the cheaper one is sold by seller xsforu. Other merchants on the Amazon Marketplace also have it for less.
