What's the difference in talk time on a 1500mAh, 2000mAh & 2500mAh?

Considering another Mophie Case, but how do you calculate "talk time" on a 1500mAh versus 2000mAh and one with 2500mAh versus 2000mAh? Thanks.

Well, the iPhone 4S has a 1430mAh battery. So any of those cases would double the talk time.

Depends, talk time will depend on the technology being used to "talk". Also, the bigger the mAHr rating the battery has, the more time you get.
