What's the hold up with a bluetooth keyboard case/game pad?

iOS4 can use a bluetooth keyboard right? It seems like there would be huge demand for a case that featured a slide out keyboard.

I mostly want it for physical buttons to play NES games with so a game pad would be fine for my needs. Have you guys heard any news on this?
