What's the MAC thing for "Control + ALT+ DELTE" -so i can use it when things freeze

On a PC< i press control , alt, delete, when my Pc freezes etc, and it brings up all the programs so i can forcefully QUIT them, to make my computer UN Freeze

CMD ALT ESC I think or you can hold down alt and right click on it in the dock to force close it

Right click the app in the dock and 'force quit' or you can also do it via the top left Apple icon (where system info, sleep, log off, shutdown etc.. are)

Command+Option+Escape is by far the easiest way though imo.
