Thank you all for the information I was just wondering cause I currently have 4gb of ram I wanted it to move a lil faster so I guess ill or the 8gb set instead of the 16

8GB of RAM will not hurt, and might make a noticeable improvement.
Replacing a hard drive with an SSD WILL make your MacBook feel faster even than when it was new...
Both upgrades would be a Good Thing™

Whats the best SSD To upgrade to? I actually want it to run faster

Yeah, get the SSD and see how it goes. SSD + 4 GB is actually fairly decent for a lot of stuff. SSD + 8 GB is even better, but for many people it isn't as big of a jump. 16 GB is overkill for many people, but it's moot for you anyway, since you can't install 16 GB.
