Hello,
Viva and congratulations PORTUGAL ( I'm French !!)

Just a question about this message I've got sometimes randomly.
I'm now on beta SIERRA but I had this message on El Capitan.
If somebody can explain me the meaning.
It is impossible to repair or to try again... and no possibility to quite because no button red ( no more green or orange ) at the upper left of the message.
Have a good day and thanks

It looks to me like those are labels which Apple meant to change and something's gone wrong to where macOS doesn't know what to replace those labels with.

Judging by the buttons, I'd try the TryAgainButtonTitle first, and if that doesn't work, the RepairAccessButtonTitle.

It also looks like it's an issue related to some sort of third-party app, but I can't identify the icon in the lower right of that warning icon. If that resembles a third-party app you have installed, you might try deleting and reinstalling that app.

Hello,
thanks jonblatho for your answer.
I've deleted the application concerned ( for printer HP Deskjet 3520 ) and reintalled it.
All is OK now
