what's the most bandwidth that ATV3/ATV4 can use when streaming
MLB, Netflix or YouTube?

I had to buy a new wireless router last week because I upgraded my
internet package to 300Mbps down and 20Mbps up.

Next to the ATV3 #1 located two rooms away, it gets an excellent
145Mbps. (as measured by Speedtest.net on my iPhone or laptop)

However, on my other two ATV3 and ATV4 located at the far edge
of the house, it's only getting 25Mbps to 30Mbps on average. Is
that enough for video streaming?

I've never seen HD @ 1080 go over 15Mb. Usually a bit less.

More than sufficient. Netflix uses up to 25 mbit/s for 4K content.
