Whats the procedure for going from jailbroken ios 6.1.2 to ios 7?...

My phone has been so buggy that I want to update to ios 7 from a jailbroken ios 6.1.2. Whats the procedure? Thanks !!

Connect device to iTunes and click restore.

I'll back up first right? Then when i restore to ios 7 all my apps etc will be there?

Yes.
But wait a few days till iOS 7 is officially out.
If you do it now you will go up to 6.1.3
