The Bamboo Forest
I get super sad about every time I watch this part of the episode "The Body" from Buffy... from about 1:45 to 6:30... especially the tail end...

/spoiler alert
Anya (the girl that comes in the room with the guy) is an ex-demon so she doesn't really understand death since previously she could never die. So she says some seemingly inappropriate things when talking about the death of Buffy's mom.
/spoiler

Also if you are making a spoiler, please hide it with [color="#FAFAFA"]. At least for a few years back. It can be assumed everybody knows how Friends ended and if they don't they probably don't care.. :p If the show is still airing new episodes or just finished in the past year or two is a good indicator.

Without looking at the link:- That's the bit where Buffy pulls Dawn out of class and tells her in the corridor isn't it?

I miss Charmed. Alyssa went downhill with her new show, IMHO.

I really liked American Gothic and Strange Luck. Usually if I like a show, it makes one or two seasons and that's it. What I find entertaining, others don't seem to.

Generally, it's when one of the main characters of the show dies or quits. My heart bumped when I saw Ziva living the NCIS so I immediately went to Internet to see did she really quit. Luckily, she did not as she's one of my favorite characters but it was quite terrifying for the moment of ignorance.

The saddest moment is when the credits roll on any and every episode of Mad Men. The only show I watch, I could sit in front of it for hours... and often have.

Can't seem to think of anything particular. I thought the ending of Six Feet Under was spectacular but rather sad.

The season finale of the most recent Dexter was pretty heartbreaking as well.

[little spoiler in place of HUGE SPOILER]

Dexter and what he found at the end and the parallels to his own beginnings.

[/little spoiler]

Nope. It's when Willow, Tara, Xander, and Anya are in the dorm room.

Wow that sounds like a setup for a different kind of flick...

Damn it! The "HUGE SPOILER" tag was so tempting, I just couldn't help myself....

 You muppet! I did try to put an adequate warning. I almost didn't write it because I was worried people would do exactly that.

In fact, I'm going to edit specifics out. It's a pretty massive spoiler and anyone who has seen it knows just what I'm referring to anyway.

In Scrubs when Dr.Cox accidently kills 4 patients.

I thought I had nothing to contribute until I saw this quote, queue invisible text:

From Scrubs season 3 episode 14:

[huge spoiler]
The episode where you think they're going to a baby shower but they're really going to Dr. Cox's best friend's (Brendan Fraser) funeral, and Winter by Joshua Radin starts playing. Queue tears.
[/spoiler]

Don't worry. I don't watch the show. :p

My answer to the OP's question would have been, "Every episode of Cheaters", but I think your answer even trumps mine.
