The bottom of my MacBook (Late 2009 Unibody) is peeling off, and my warranty has expired. If I book a Genius appointment, can I pay for them to replace it there and then? If so, how much will it cost me? Thanks!

It's a known fault see http://www.apple.com/support/macbook-bottomcase/.
If it is quiet they may do it then, but there's a good chance you will have to hand it in for a day or two. Do a backup before you head off.
