Someone else had this in another thread. They requested a replacement from Apple.

You should be fine though, looks like a left over pass image from QC. If you are worried about it you can try getting it replaced.

I am pretty sure the percentage that it is showing is the charge that the battery has when the test was done. Anything under a certain percentage would fail and mean the battery is not functioning correctly....

It's probably an accidentally taken screenshot by a factory worker. I accidentally make screenshots of my home screen all the time, just reaching for my phone and then somehow managing to press both the home and sleepwake buttons.
