FYI - A quick scan of the QR code itself revealed a string of numbers and letters which turned out to contain the device's model number, IMEI, serial number and supplied nano-SIM card number, each separated by colons.

I don't know if telling everybody your IMEI, sn and SIM number matters or not, just wanted to make sure you knew and perhaps wanted to take down or edit your pic.

(Assuming that the volume graphic isn't already enough of a block...)

My guess is the OP did that before posting it so we can't scan the QR code. Scanning it would show the device IMEI, nano-sim number, serial number, etc as said in that Apple Insider link ralturki posted on the first page.
