What’s this L4S setting?

I mistapped something in Setting by mistake - meant to go into Apps but I accidentally went into Developer.

I think I *might* have then accidentally tapped L4S, but I’m not sure as I don’t know what the default is. Can anyone check on theirs and tell me?

Also, if anyone knows what this setting is actually for, I am slightly curious.
