I don't know why they didn't use the same for all of them. If you aren't having any app crashes then why bother returning it? There's no way to know which one you will get next time so it could be a waste of time. I believe it's 50/50 chance whether you'll get MLC vs TLC regarding the 64gb model.

I've got TLC ... What's the problem ? 6 plus 64gb no problems here.
