Whats up with this error??

im running 3.0b5 and whenever i try to use edge/3G to access the internet, i get the following error message

I personally got this when I played with my carrier strings too much and locked myself out. Just go back to string that you know works and reboot for good measure.

Wasn't there a warning with Beta 5 that some would see Data problems and would need to contact the Dev center to get help?

i cant even load any .ipcc files..itunes wont let me pick them

Restoring the iPhone will eliminate this problem.
