What's with the giant '0682'?

I've noticed that in the UK, the new iPhone 6 now seems to have a gigantic '0682' compared to the much usual smaller text. It's not an iPhone 6 thing as I have seen others with the small writing as usual, is it a UK / Europe thing?

Please see the photos below showing both the large and small text on the iPhone 6.

Must be a UK thing. My US iPhone 6 Plus sample in my possession doesn't have this.
