I mean would it hurt to add 24” to the length of the cable!!? You can’t charge and use the phone at the same time, ever. So annoying.
Then they don’t put a charger in the box, so people could reuse the brick from previous iPhones, but send you a USB-C cable that no other iPhone had.

Cause what would Apple make money off if they gave you a decent length cable? :p

Got it, so spend more money. Genius company

Get a 6-10 ft Anker one off Amazon and be done with it. Last cable you'll ever need to buy. Much better quality than the Apple crap.

Apple likes us spending money on stuff like this . They have to keep there investors happy.

I highly recommend the Anker powerline 3 cables, they come in a 6ft variant and have a lifetime warranty (used a claim, pretty easy and chill process).

I hate having to buy cables every 2-3 years because of the cheap rubber material in the apple cords.

I was going to get a longer cable to use while charging but with the fast charging i can just wait a bit

I agree that the cable is short, but you can use all your existing cables and bricks. A few years ago a bought a 6ft cable from amazon and been using it since.
