Oooer, it's definitely nothing that can be sorted with software. Looks like the LCD might have a touch of the sniffles.

Do you have an Apple Store local to you? Is it still under warranty?

Hardware problem for sure. Take it to the Apple store and if it shows no sign of abuse, like a large dent, they should replace it. Hope you have recent backups.

Doubt they will replace what looks like an iPad retina or older.
