What's wrong with my Mojave install?

I’ve been trying to get all this right so I can install Mojave on my early 2009. I’ve gone from 4,1 to 5,1, upgraded to 10.13.6, got 144.0.0.0.0, installed a Samsung SSD 860 EVO 1TB and installed an MSI Radeon RX 560. Now when I try to upgrade to Mojave using the installer in my apps folder I get this message.
So what’s up? Do I need to turn off the Firewall or what? Or do I have to install on an HDD then clone to the SSD?

Does the High Sierra install work normally?
Are you upgrading HS to Mojave on the same disk?
