Same here. Also, before i got my 3GS, i used almost the same (slightly less) data as well.

I do tether on occasion if im in a pinch. maybe 50MB. I would never tether with my iphone though. I always have an E71 around.

They're about 220MB per 45 minutes.

i tend to do about 1 to 2 gigs a month of data a month depending and anywhere from 10,000 to 15,000 texts a month. I'm can be reached easier by text than calling. I like talking on the phone but its easier to text because you can talk to more people. I work a lot so i tell people to just shoot me a text because its easier for me to respond.

You can view how many text messages you used by logging into AT&T's website.

I'm pretty sure you can view how many you used in previous billing cycles.
