What's your battery health and cycle count on your M1 MBA?

I just picked up my new M2 MBA and I'm getting my M1 MBA ready to sell. I was looking at the battery cycle count along with the battery health status. Just wondering what other peoples' are compared to mine?

Cycle count: 37
Battery health: 95%

This is probably a dumb question, but how do you check battery health/cycles? I don't see it in the "battery" pane in system preferences. Do I need a 3rd party app?

Click on the Apple logo on the top left corner of your screen. About this Mac - System report - Power

You see something like this.
