If you leave a fully charged phone unplugged over night how much does your battery drop?

I don't have any battery loss, I turn it off overnight.

And when I actually leave it on through the night, I have 0% drain.

Lately it's been pretty bad for me. I restored as new phone. Cut way back on unneeded apps.

But now I estimate my battery life has gone to **** and I probably lose around 10-15% overnight. All notifications off. Gmail is now no longer pushing so I deleted the Exchange account.

I just took it off the charger. And in less than 5 minutes lost 5%.

Not happy with my phone these days. Between the email issues and battery life. I used to be at more than 70% by 5:00pm but now I'm at less than 40% by end of day. Big difference in battery life with zero changes in usage.

What do you mean Gmail is no longer pushing? I've been getting Push exchange from gmail all day fine...

None. That's when I charge my phone. I don't understand why anyone would not leave their phone on charge over night.

I charge mine in the office, on my desk. I get rubbish cell reception in work so this is when my battery drains quickest. Makes more sense to charge it then. I charge it overnight at the weekend.

I use my iPhone as my alarm and actually there is not an outlet close enough to my bed to allow me to charge overnight, so that's why I don't do it.

My typical schedule is get home from work and charge for 1-2 hours (4-6PM) and then charge in the morning while I get ready for work (20-30 minutes) to top it off. I am rarely below 60-70% when I charge.

About 4-6% on my 3GS. That's with Gmail Push turned on and WhiteNoise audio on for about an hour.

If you have an iPhone 4 that is not right at all. Take it to Apple and have a genius look at it. I had similar problems with my first iPhone 4 after 3 months so I took it in. They hooked it up to a machine and said the battery was defective. New phone and I was on my way :)

For me it varies. Last night I lost 3% overnight.

Mine is 10% since I updated to 4.3.3...

Seems to be wifi or 3G related as with those off it drains much less.

My phone's always off at night, on charge.

Also what BigChief says.
