Reeses Original Peanut Butter Cups is my all time favorite.

M&Ms (any kind), Snickers, Butterfinger, Gummy Bears (perhaps 2nd favorite) and Sour Patch Kids.

Do any of you question the additives to your favourite confection???

I have passed on the phase of instant gratification, and instead await a special occasion when I can purchase my all-natural delights.

snickers when i'm not really craving anything. but lately, i've been craving cookies and cream hershey's.

I LOVE the taste of aniseed. There's nothing quite like the taste of spicey red balls in your mouth.

This thread is pure evil. :D

I tried those new Kit Kat sensations things, they were most delicious. They taste a bit like the lovechild of a kit kat and a Kinder Bueno.

Green and Blacks and Lindt (especially the Lindor) though, YUM!

to those who posted Lindt Chocolate: they are by far the best chocolate, now i want some.

If you think lindt is the best then you *need* to travel europe some time to sample what's available. IMO lindt chocolate is a bit meh, it's certainly better than crappy hydrogenated oil filled rubbish, just as proper chocolate goes it's bottom of the barrel.

Personally I don't particularly care for sweet things bar very occasionally, when I do indulge my tastes tend to be obscure and unfortunately expensive.

I will tell you the worst tasting candy ever (some of you yanks will freak)...

Hersheys!

When I went to NY my mate bought a load of Hershey chocolate bars. He gave me one I chomped down on it and promptly launched the bar across the hotel lobby while simultaneously regurgitating onto on the table in the lounge.

It tasted like puke, and I mean literally... like puke! I thought it was a joke bar or something. I spent the rest of the day drinking water trying to get the after taste out of my mouth.

true enough about how candies are changing.....the one you showed i haven't seen yet but i noticed it was from Nestle....anyone remember how Nestles used to put out their Nestle big bar in a size like the Hersey bars are now.....at least to me THAT Nestle bar was the best and I think Hersey bars totally suck.....

My fave sweets?

Probably Starburst/Opal Fruits, Fruit Pastels and umm... Haribo? Them big bags that are £1 in shops, £2 in garages and 70p in WH Smiths :D

As far as chocolate goes Lindor is the king of my castle. I have had better abroad but when Homebuys sells tons of the stuff for a few quid then yummm. Thorntons is quite nice too, especially their vienesse truffles. At the moment we've got some Polish Mars bars. The outer chocolate feels crispier and the caramel is softer. Bloody beautiful things!

And Pocky  my girlfriend got me hooked on these.

Well said Mord.

I'm also quite partial to the offerings from Zotter.

Sour cherry cola gummies

they have at this gummy boutique in Regensburg. Oh my god are those good, but alas my fat butt is trying to lose weight so I cannot have them, in fact, I really shouldn't be reading this thread:eek:

BOTTLECAPS!!!

Oh my gosh! I totally forgot about those. I have them once a year, instead of going trick or treating (22 yrs old, people sent me away :( ) I will but a box of bottle caps and a handful of gummi bears then I'll lick the bears and stick them to the doors of the people who turned me away
