I tried really hard to get under 90, but no dice. I actively selected the ones I knew were wrong, but in the heat of the moment accidentally picked a couple of right answers that I found just when running out of time.

So, even if you're really dumb, you're still average.

How politically correct of 'em.

Everyone wants to think they're above average, so let's just tell them they are and collect $79.

I don't know the intricacies of IQ tests but it would not surprise me. As this would not be a broad spectrum test designed to measure from say 50 - 160, it's probably only meant to measure 90-160 so I'm not surprised you couldn't get less.

how have you guys scored on the old sat, sat 1, sat 2, lsat, gmat, asvab, mcat, or any other test?

my old sat was 1150 officially which was ok, my practice lsat was 144 which was sub-par, and somehow i avoided taking the gmat

To be honest I think all these online tests are designed to make you feel good and look at their ads while you are taking the test. I think IQ test are tricky and do not measure one's IQ well. Can we really measure IQ, knowing that that a credible IQ test is based on a moving average (100 is the median if not the mean)? People a generation or two ago I think score less on average than people of today (United States): does this mean that they are dumber? I think IQ test are legacies of early 20th century psychology and 19th century British snobbishness (totally unfounded of course)! I also think that the exciting field of evolutionary psychology will make IQ test pointless. Our growing understanding of the human brain via evolutionary psychology will bring about a new conscious synthesis.

totally agree. anyone remember emode? take 3000 tests about your personality all of them saying you are funny or a good lover.

WAIS: 156 or 158, I can't remember. I'm also one of the dumbest people I know.

I took a legitimate IQ test last year, it was called the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale (WAIS) III and I got 146.

(hardcore ghetto gangsta style) ye-uh. :)
