Love most of it. Very snappy and the improvements are pretty widespread for my use.

But what genius decided to flip flop the “reply” and “trash” icons from iOS12 to iOS13?! I mean come on! Move the trash can to the other side of the screen or something, I’ve deleted a ton of emails today while instinctively reaching for “reply”.

iOS13 vs 12

Loss of real 3D Touch, and my battery life is taking a hit this morning. Normally I’d be at like 98% but I’m already at 77%....I’ll give it like a day or two for spotlighting or w.e but after that no fix I’m going back to 12.4.1

Email is iffy on 13. It's much better (but not 100%) on 13.1, so at least you know that in a few days' time you can upgrade to 13.1 and it'll be much improved.

Agree with this for sure. Email is iffy, new messages bump old ones down but half the time the new email slot is just a big blank space. Weird.

At least you're getting notifications! Some of the 13.0 betas killed notifications, and one of the 13.1 betas went through a phase of sending silent notifications which briefly lit up the screen, and then deleted themselves!

The app options on the share sheets in various places (photos, website screenshots, mail, etc.) are an inconsistent mess. Why would I want to share a photo to the Books app and then worse, have no option to remove it, even when it's not listed under favorites when I go to edit the apps that I can share to?

Siri didn’t actually get the new voice (as I posted in a separate thread) where I wanted it most: in reading out my text messages and turn by turn directions. It only seems to be new voice in canned “information” questions you ask her. :-(

Dumbed down 3D Touch and hilariously complicated context menus. I thought iPadOS would be more complex and Mac-like but it's literally the same thing as iOS 13

In the Reminders app, whenever I try to swipe through the list, it always tries to edit the reminder I place my thumb on. It’s extremely annoying.

I use Downtime and have it shut off most of my apps at 11:30 p.m., which is when I *should* go to sleep on work nights. But last night, I went into Safari to do a Google search, and I got the "Not available" as expected. However, in iOS 12, I had the option to override for 15 minutes or for the rest of the day. Those options are not present in iOS 12. You can't put Safari on the "ignore" list, so the only way to access Safari is to disable Downtime altogether. Not a useful workaround that I hope is addressed in 13.1.

Email seems to work fine for me - although I understand there are 13.1 fixes coming. However, I don't understand why they did some of the changes as mentioned above. I'm sure I'll get used to it but why sometimes?? I guess because so many said they wanted a new look

Smart invert don't work properly and its broken at this state. Also, I found the fonts to be a little smaller or maybe not as clear as iOS 12 (I'm in dark mode)

Also, if I try to resize a wallpaper for the lock screen and press confirm, the settings app crash every time.

Also there's a new way to get to app updates-have to access your profile area to get to updates(the round icon on the upper right side).

The call silencing. I got a call earlier today from my estate agent and it didn't come through. I can't think of how anybody remotely sane could've considered this a good idea.

Does anybody know if I can disable it?

Settings > Phone. Turn off silence unknown callers.

When I swipe open a notification on the home screen the corresponding email message is not in my inbox. There is a delay of around 15 seconds for it to pull it down off the server.

It’s never behaved this way in the last 10 years.

Thats exactly what I think. If everybody activate this feature, it would be problematic for any non-contact calls that isn't spam.

But for me this feature was disabled by default.

A slight work around...for now?
iOS 13 Mail ‘No Sender’ bugs: How to fix on your iPhone

However, if you are desperate, there are some possible workaround fixes. Specifically for the ‘No Sender’ bug, what you need to do is force-quit the Mail app in the multitasking tray and then turn off the iPhone completely. Reboot the device and the Mail issue should be resolved.

If mail is not being fetched, you can try deleting mail accounts and re-logging into them. To do this, open the Settings app, tap Passwords & Accounts, and follow the instructions. There is unfortunately no reliable fix for the unread badge count bug.
