What's Your Mission Control "Spaces" Solution?

2 apps that are beginning to pick up the slack of the lacking expose/spaces in lion:

search for an app named "show windows" in the app store, a very useful expose all and re-arrange app

then, of course, "Change SPace" from pennysmalls:

IMO, There is a big gap in the market for a worthy replacement, a REAL virtual desktop solution for Lion. ESPECIALLY FOR "PRO USERS", I use 12 spaces, 4x3 on dual monitor setup.
