Whatsapp Locked up! Old iOS

Greetings,

Whatsapp prompted me to update before browsing anything, and it never worked afterward....
It keeps crashing. Yes, I am running on an older iOS system.

Now, I am trying to access the data INSIDE whatsapp.
Is there anyway to do it? I'm having a minor heart attack honestly....
