WhatsApp notifications appear when turned off?

Got my series 2 yesterday, all set up fine, however, I have unselected the mirror notifications from Whatsapp in watch.app on my phone, however they still come through on my watch.

Anyway I can stop this happening?

For me it was the exact opposite. I turned it on and nothing happened.
Had to reboot both the iphone and the watch and then it worked as expected.

Yeah, reboot of the phone solved it for me too!
