I would have been more impressed if Whatsapp gained the ability to translate languages since I only use it with international contacts. It doesn’t even support Apple’s translation feature at the text level. If it does, please let me know how to activate it.
Yes, I should stop using the product every single one of my international contacts uses and which has free messaging and data in the plans I use when I travel.
I should have thought of that before.
I expect you will receive some hate for your comment, but I agree 100 %. WhatsApp is superior to iMessage in too many ways, plus it is more fluid, multiplatform and ubiquitous.
By the way, I have had all these "new" features for weeks now, unless I was in some early beta review without noticing this is not new to my version of the app.
