Whatsapp - unable to send photos over data

Hey guys, my kid is having an issue on her iphone 11 sending photos over data. WiFi though works fine.

I've gone through all the checklists online - checked her storage, toggled data, toggled airplane mode, switched it off and on, hard rebooted.

Has anyone seen this before? If so, is there a fix for it?

If not, I'll uninstall WhatsApp and reinstall.

I am very much not an expert, please take this with a grain of salt. Do you have any parental controls on her phone?

Hey flea thanks for the reply. I do have controls but these haven't restricted her previously.

I'm going to backup her WhatsApp chat and then deleted and reinstall and see if that works.
