Hi guys,
is some time that the in-app backup of the chat on iCloud doesn't work at all. Some times it stops at around 10% and doesn't go on (even on charge). Now it just start the "preparation" and then doesn't start at all. On iCloud setting the app has the right permission. I have tried to uninstall and then reinstall the app with no luck, and also restoring the phone (iPhone 6S 64GB) hasn't been useful at all. On iCloud I have 40GB free. Do you have some suggestions? Thanks!
EDIT: apparently resetting the app without restoring the messages fixed the issue
