I cannot seem to boot anymore to my windows drive on my flashed 4,1 to 5,1 Mac Pro. The error in the title keeps showing and no matter how much it reboots nothing changes. Modifications to my pro include an Asus GTX 750ti, a USB 3.0 pcie card and a USB 3.1 Card.

I'm not sure what flashing process you're referring to.

I changed the firmware to 5,1

The BSOD doesn't show it. You'll need to gather a memory dump and analyze that, per the URL earlier.

Does the machine boot from the Windows disc successfully? If so, you may simply consider a reinstall.
