When are new episodes available?

At midnight local time (wherever you are in the world), midnight Pacific Time, Eastern Time, or other?

So yesterday I went to bed past midnight and the new episodes weren’t available yet. However when I woke up today at about 8:30 a.m. (local time in Europe) they were already in the TV app. I’m guessing they must’ve been released at 12 a.m. PT.

Looks like 11pm cst Thursday. I got a notification at that time they were up.

I was able to watch See ep4 last night a few minutes after midnight. (EST)
