When are the displays coming?

I'm really thinking about buying an external display, but am willing to wait until Apple release new models. Any idea on when this might happen?

No one knows. Since they were updated in August, maybe not for a while.

No body knows, not even rumor sites. Buy a display now and be happy with it, or wait longer if you can. It depends on your needs 🙂

Probably around the same time as the 6th gen iPod, 8 core Mac Pros, tablets, form factor laptops, new iMac design and all the rumors that went along the new displays 🙄

Probably not in a while. Apple is still shipping old (pre August 2006) displays to their customers in here in Europe, so they first have to bring that quantity down. I know, have ordered one in September, a 23" was delivered twice and returned because they where old spec ACD's. Apple already admitted that they are wrong about shipping the old model to me and promised me a new model, hopefully it will come next week.
