When are we gonna get a new TB Display?

    Title says it all... the current TB Display is freaking outdated and still way too much.

    The comments are rightly deserved when threads about this are created weekly. The effort taken to create a new post about this could have been used reading all of the posts already created about it.

    Probably next year +Broadwell +2nd generation 4K drivers (in OS X 10.10).

    And with the new USB 3.1 connector, will we have to wait longer or simply do with oddball cables or adapters?

    Perhaps a year from now most peripherals will ship with the new port.

    Sorry to those who have a need to read redundant posts they know they're not interested in reading, but do so anyway.

    I really need a nice display for my MBA too. I might cave in for the LG ultra wide screen one but the thing I like about thunderbolt display is it has a charging cable for the MBA attached to it and nice speakers built in
