When can we cancel/edit Apple orders? (UPDATED: Now)

So I was having issues with the app at 3am and somehow I managed to order 3 of the same exact phones. I only need 1 obviously and I'd rather not have to return them back to Apple and take 2 phones that someone else could get on launch. Any word on when we might be able to cancel or edit our Apple.com orders?

You don't have to wait for the option to appear on your online account. You can just call customer service give them the web order numbers of the ones you want to cancel.

I was told the same but my order has entered the processing stage and the "edit" button isn't there. I don't need to cancel, need to change the shipping address.

Same here. I need to change the address preference to be "this is a business address"

Give it a day or two. Your credit card won't be charged until it ships, which is at least a week away.

I couldn't get in through the chat. Kept saying I'm outside the US even though I'm not.

The call took me 2 minutes

I just phoned Apple sales and got a live human right away to cancel an extra order I had. Try and call them.

Awesome. Glad I saw this thread. They have flipped the switch and I was able to cancel my shipping order so I could keep the pickup in store order I made after figuring out that was an option

I am now able to cancel orders in Canada as well.

Call Apple. I got my billing information and shipping information changed with no problems.
