I wouldn't expect a release until September. We are probably 3 months away from IOS 8 previews at WWDC. Maybe closer to June we will see leaks, but I don't think production is starting for a few more months.

whenever it manages to leak out, there isn't a set date to when things will leak.

iPhone 5 leaked 3,5 months before official unveiling, so we could see some legit part leaks by the end of may 😀
