When Did Apple Release the Refurbished iPad 4 ? Thinking if I should wait for the iPad 5 refurbished or just get the refurbished 4 @ 419 from Apple is this a good price ?

I agree - Im on the fence between a 5 or a 4 but Id rather spend less and just get a refurbed 4.
Id wait until the 5 has been out for a little while. prices will keep coming down on older models.

Once the 5 comes out they should be selling new 4's for the same as the refurb price is now as clearance.
