In the past, when posting on a message board that did not have a mobile version, as you typed out your post when it went past the edge of the screen it moved to allow you to see what you were typing. Now you have to keep manually adjusting it or zoom out to where you can't see the text because it is so small. Please tell me this is something I can fix and not yet another thing they've screwed up.

Is this just on one site?

Do you get the same result with another browser, such as Firefox, or Chrome?

I have no prior experience with iOS prior to ios9, but I can tell you that the problem you describe is with that version too.

In short, it's not a new problem and isn't just with Safari. It's the website.

Switch to a mobile version if available or use tapatalk or some reader, etc.

I don't know I haven't downloaded any other browsers. And it's on multiple sites.

Why do they still work fine on iOS 8?

First, see if you can reproduce the problem on a different iPhone.

As for this working with ios8...what can I say? I'd love to go back to the 90's if I could.

So basically you're saying that it is inevitable that technology and software design regress and that we should accept this?

Those are your words, not mine.

As for your problem, I gave you some options. Do what you wish.

As I recall this is an iOS 10 Safari glitch/bug that Apple hasn't addressed so far.

Yes, my friend is experiencing the same thing. It's not the website, as it doesn't behave like this on my 6 running iOS 8.2. As CDM said it is a known iOS 10 glitch. I just hope it gets fixed soon, this is ridiculous logging in every time I revisit a site.

Logging in is different from this. That seems more of something related to cookies/cache and/or use of private mode.

I find it hard to believe you AND your "friend" haven't updated your phones in 2 years?

Do you use Private Browsing mode in Safari?
If yes, could that be related to your login issue?

I do believe I have similar issue with ios9 and a particular site, but I since rarely post messages on that site from my phone...it's essentially an ignored problem.

Still tapatalk and other readers are worth a look if anyone is interested. (I don't use them either.)
