That must be a change in 3.1.3 because my 3.1.2 still says "Enter Passcode". Otherwise, do you have enterprise features enabled on your iPhone by your company?

Passcode isn't even a real word though! Or is it just one of those techy terms that is just commonly used?

Why do you have these screenshots? And why is your signal identical in both?

Hasn't it always said passcode? Because in the settings I remember it always saying passcode lock. Why would it have you enter a passcode, then ask for a password. Let's have someone on 2.2.1 (*cough*TheSpaz*cough*) check this out.

You are confused - Passcode is on 3.1.3, and the OP is claiming it used to say Password. The real question is why the OP has saved screenshots of homescreen over time to compare. Hmmmmmm....

Irregardless, it's there so you might as well just not worry about it. ;)
Irregardless isn't a real word either

I don't know what to say. I can find no evidence other than my own of it ever saying Password anywhere. I can only conclude that myself and my possessions are somehow in the wrong universe. :(

I knew that one would go over someone's head. Every thread has some clueless person who doesn't understand sarcasm.
I just want to point out that sarcasm can't be detected through text. It's in the delivery, and we can't see how angrily you typed it out.

There's a reason why I put this at the end of the sentence: ;)

I'll give you a hint, it's not because I had something in my eye, nor was it to indicate an attempt flirting.

I'll be damned you sure did didn't you. My eyes tend to skip right over emoticons. My mistake, you are correct, it should have been obvious.
