If you put one of your stacks into grid mode, now a white square follows your mouse as you move between items. This wasn't there when 10.5 first came out... which upgrade added this feature?

I do not have a white square following my cursor in 10.5.4.

Edit: I did find this while doing a Google search. Perhaps you or one of the apps you have installed did that?

The feature was never officially introduced, but if it looks like the one pictured in my attached pic, it's an option that can be turned on in terminal with a little ingenuity.

I haven't downloaded any program like that.... I don't know why it got onto my computer. And I definitely don't know how to use Terminal-- so I didn't type my way into getting it! I like it, though, it's pretty snazzy. I just wonder why only a few people have it?

I DID have it..but I didn't like it.

I'm pretty sure OnyX has a feature like this.
