Does anyone know when the 2011 refurbished MBA's become available on the Apple Store (Canada)?

I'm debating between getting an old 2010 refurbished model or waiting for the 2011 refurb's to come out. :) And does anyone know how much they'll be selling for? 11 inch model... 4GB RAM.

The 11 inch 2GB C2D refurb is $699 right now, curious to see if the new 2011 refurbs will be any close to that. Thanks!

Honestly, it should be any day now...

You can probably expect a 7 to 8% discount in the beginning. You won't be getting 300 bucks off this year.

Thanks. How long does it usually take for the discount to reach $200-300 bucks off?

And would the release of the 2011 refurb's push down the 2010 refurb's prices even further? (i.e. below $699?) Should I hold off on buying the 2010 now then?

I'm not sure how long it takes for the discount to hit 25 -> 30%, but probably a long while. The 2010s are already discounted by that amount, so I doubt they'll get much cheaper. But I don't know for certain. The best way to try and gauge what Apple will do is to look at other lines that have both new and old models available (like the Macbook Pros).

I'm in your shoes... watching every day. =) However, I won't be buying the 2010s (the CPU upgrade in the 2011s is too good to pass up).

In the UK store they were available last Friday night.

The 13' base model was for £950. This was 14% down on the original £1099 price tag. There was also a high end i7 system, but can't remember the price.
